• Follow brand guidelines and make informed decisions within those parameters.

• Take ownership of your projects from initial concept to development-ready handoff.

• Infuse genuine creative thinking into briefs, going beyond mere execution.

• Transition seamlessly between projects and adjust your design perspective according to each context.

• A portfolio is a must — we cannot proceed without one.

• Demonstrate work that showcases visual intelligence: layouts that are spacious, typography that is purposeful, and hierarchy that effectively directs the viewer's attention.

• Present web projects that you take pride in — we want to see your ability to design for screens, not just for print.

• A designer who has mastered the fundamentals prior to learning shortcuts.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure a smooth handoff.

• Self-motivated — you can independently take a brief and run with it.

• The specific tools are less important than your design sensibility. If your portfolio demonstrates your design capabilities, we will work out the rest.
