This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Translate client needs and media team requirements into clear briefs.
• Develop campaign concepts, communication angles, and adaptations for various channels, formats, and audiences.
• Write and review copy, scripts, and taglines for static and video content.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify which ads are effective, detect patterns, and suggest adjustments to communication strategies.
• Engage with clients on messaging, creative feedback, and adjustments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Leaders, Paid Media Specialists, and designers.
• Experience in an agency or similar ecosystem.
• Excellent writing and conceptualization skills.
• Strong personal judgment, unique voice, ability to make decisions and defend them.
• Creativity applied to advertising: conceptualizing campaigns, building angles, generating ideas that can be executed clearly.
• Solid knowledge of digital media — Meta, Google, TikTok — from a creative and communicational perspective.
• Comfort with numbers: reading spreadsheets, interpreting KPIs, and converting results into messaging decisions.
• Ability to engage in dialogue with both clients and designers: arguing, persuading, and organizing conversations with maturity.
• Work modality: Full-time remote.
• Collaborate with teams across various countries in Latam.
