Creatio Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor Creatio CRM applications utilizing low-code / no-code tools.

• Develop and manage business processes, workflows, and automation logic within Creatio.

• Customize user interface components, pages, sections, and dashboards.

• Assist in the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.

• Provide support for C#/.NET customizations to enhance Creatio functionality as needed.

• Facilitate integrations between Creatio and external systems via REST APIs.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to convert requirements into effective solutions.

• Engage in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

• Diagnose issues and assist with enhancements following go-live.

• Contribute to documentation and promote knowledge sharing.

• Operate within an Agile delivery framework, actively participating in sprint ceremonies.

• Utilize tools like Jira and Azure DevOps to monitor work and progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Creatio.

• Practical experience in Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rules.

• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET technologies.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Understanding of CRM principles and customer lifecycle management processes.

• Experience with system integrations and APIs.

• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
