This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Operate cranes safely while following stringent safety protocols and practices.
• Provide assistance to the crew with tasks such as concrete placement, shaft excavation, and setting rebar cages when not engaged in crane operation.
• Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. and adeptly navigate uneven surfaces.
• Perform effectively in varying weather conditions, ensuring the continuation of projects.
• Work in collaboration with the mechanic to carry out repairs and preventative maintenance on the crane.
• Possess a valid certification for crane operation, such as NCCCO.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification.
• Capable of safely climbing up and down the equipment being operated.
• Have experience working on construction sites and managing heavy machinery.
• Willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekend shifts.
