CPA Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture relationships with CPA and affiliate networks (HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others).

• Assess new offers for quality, relevance, and competitive payouts.

• Negotiate rates and terms with network account managers.

• Track offer performance metrics such as EPC, conversion rates, and user complaint trends.

• Collaborate with content and social teams to promote top-performing offers.

• Ensure all offers comply with NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards prior to publication.

• Maintain an up-to-date dashboard featuring active offers, payouts, and network performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree required.

• Strong preference for familiarity with CPA marketing or affiliate networks.

• Excellent analytical skills — adept with spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities with external partners.

• Detail-oriented with a strong compliance mindset — not all offers will qualify.

• Capability to manage multiple network relationships at once.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
