📋 Description

• Leverage Appfolio software to facilitate communication with residential property owners and their residents/customers.

• Administer and oversee owner accounts, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.

• Produce monthly and annual financial statements for property owners.

• Work collaboratively with team members to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Remain informed about industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

• At least 5 years of accounting experience.

• Proficient in Appfolio software or a willingness to learn.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team.
