Cowboy Mobile Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Travel throughout Leipzig to engage with customers directly at their locations

• Conduct on-site diagnostics and perform necessary repairs

• Utilize Cowboy's diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues

• Provide a smooth, friendly, and efficient repair experience

• Act as the representative of Cowboy, embodying the brand in the city

• Follow up as necessary to ensure the rider is back on the road

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in or around Leipzig

• Enjoy hands-on work and have a knack for solving technical challenges

• Possess a customer-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability

• A passion for bicycles, e-mobility, or technology is highly advantageous

• Comfortable working independently and being mobile

• No previous experience is needed — training will be provided

• Must be in a freelance or self-employed capacity

• Language proficiency: German and English
