This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Produce captivating training videos utilizing After Effects, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Audition, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create animations and motion graphics to clarify intricate technical subjects.
• Work alongside Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert technical ideas into educational content.
• Edit and refine training materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and high quality.
• Oversee course production schedules and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain templates, asset libraries, and e-learning style guides.
• Publish and manage content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Conduct quality assurance on all educational deliverables.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite content creation, scripting, and editing processes.
• Employ AI for enhancements in voice, video, and content.
• Identify areas for improving efficiency and shortening production cycles.
• Explore new tools to elevate learning experiences.
• Extensive experience in video production and motion graphics, particularly with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Background in creating e-learning or technical training materials.
• Strong grasp of design principles including layout, typography, and branding.
• Familiarity or enthusiasm for AI tools related to content creation.
• Capability to visually simplify complex technical concepts.
