Country Study Operations Manager – France

📋 Description

• Oversee study and country-level activities from initiation to completion.

• Manage study aspects for assigned projects, including vendor and budget oversight.

• Implement Start-up and Site Activation Plans at the regional, country, and study levels.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies at the country and study levels.

• Assist in crafting study-level plans.

• Facilitate communication among the local team, internal stakeholders, and CRO partners to ensure the efficient and timely execution of agreed plans.

• Oversee study and/or country vendor management and coordination, ensuring timely follow-up on vendor deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in clinical trial management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision and on personal initiative.

• A graduate degree (M.S/M.A/Ph.D) or a bachelor's degree (B.A/B.S) in nursing is required.

• Previous experience in a senior role during study start-up is highly preferred.
