Country Operations Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the operational and scientific oversight of designated clinical trials.

• Play a key role in delivering the pipeline through the planning and execution of trials.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the trial team.

• Ensure compliance with GCP-ICH and both local and global regulations.

• Create and manage the trial budget effectively.

• Develop and implement engagement plans at the country level, along with risk mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical trial management.

• Preference for candidates with experience in managing oncology studies.

• Background in managing outsourced trials or experience in CRO Management and Vendor Management.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to multi-task with minimal direction and take initiative independently.

• An M.S/M.A/Ph.D or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is required.
