This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume complete responsibility for the GEO’s P&L and overall market performance, reporting directly to the CEO/COO.
• Establish and enhance the brand's presence in the target market, whether by creating it from the ground up or by improving an existing framework.
• Oversee and manage local operations encompassing traffic acquisition, product localization, payments, CRM, VIP, support, partnerships, and reputation management.
• Perform audits on core metrics, domains, payment infrastructure, affiliate setups, and operational processes.
• Propel user acquisition efforts with a strong emphasis on affiliate traffic and achieving FTD growth targets.
• Supervise CRM and retention strategies, including reactivation campaigns and local communication channels.
• Create and oversee VIP programs aimed at boosting GGR contributions from VIP players.
• Ensure that customer support performance aligns with established SLA, FRT, CSAT, and FCR benchmarks.
• Coordinate local partnerships, influencer collaborations, media strategies, and brand positioning initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage local teams while assessing operational efficiency and employee engagement.
• Keep track of market competition and generate regular competitive intelligence reports.
• Lead reputation management efforts, including monitoring review platforms and coordinating crisis responses.
• Collaborate closely with HQ functions, including Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams.
• Monitor and optimize essential business KPIs such as FTD, LTV/CAC, retention, NGR, VIP share, payment uptime, support CSAT, and brand sentiment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the iGaming sector, focusing on affiliate, traffic, product, or country operations.
• Strong comprehension of .com economics, encompassing CAC, LTV, NGR, and affiliate revenue share models.
• Proven experience in launching and scaling operations in one of the following markets: Europe, Turkey, or Canada.
• Familiarity with PSP/payment infrastructure in offshore verticals.
• Experience in building and managing local teams, including hiring, onboarding, and KPI oversight.
• A robust analytical mindset with the capability to work with dashboards and formulate actionable hypotheses.
• Knowledge of CPA/revshare mechanics and affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, Tune, Cellxpert, etc.
• Language proficiency: Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Experience collaborating with streamers and influencers within the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of crypto payments and on-ramp solutions (desirable).
• Familiarity with Responsible Gaming and compliance processes (desirable).
• User-level knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (desirable).
• Experience in crisis communications and managing review platforms (desirable).
• Direct collaboration with the CEO/COO and expedited decision-making processes.
• Complete ownership of the GEO, including P&L, team management, and strategic direction.
• Allocated budgets for affiliates, influencers, and infrastructure, coupled with a high degree of autonomy.
• Support from seasoned central office teams across Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech.
• Transparent KPIs and clearly defined growth phases.
