Country Clinical Trial Manager / Local Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing study and country-level operations from initiation through execution and conclusion.

• Manage the study-related components of assigned projects, including vendor coordination and budget oversight.

• Execute regional, country, and study-specific Start-up and Site Activation Plans.

• Develop and implement the recruitment strategy at the country and study level.

• Assist in formulating study-level plans.

• Facilitate communication with the local team, internal stakeholders, and CRO partners.

• Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of studies in accordance with the established plans.

• Oversee vendor management and coordination at the study and/or country level, ensuring follow-up on vendor deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive clinical trial management experience.

• Proficiency in customizing or localizing patient-facing documents is crucial.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities are essential.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and take initiative.

• An M.S./M.A./Ph.D. or B.A./B.S./nursing degree is required.

• Prior experience at a senior level in study start-up is preferred and demonstrable.
