• Participate actively in boards and committees based on your skills and expertise.

• Aid in promoting effective governance through collaboration with the Chief Executive and Executive Board.

• Ensure comprehensive oversight and informed decision-making throughout the organization.

• Candidates must hold Professional Membership with The Welding Institute.

• Experience at a senior management or board level is highly desirable.

• A solid understanding of corporate governance is essential.

• Ability to offer constructive critique and scrutiny of the organization’s performance is required.
