Cost Manager, Infrastructure & Capital Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• You will prepare cost estimates and cost plans, utilizing benchmarking data for evaluation.

• You will develop value engineering and life cycle costing alternatives to enhance project efficiency.

• You will identify potential risks and assist in maintaining the project’s Risk Register.

• You will contribute to pre-contract process meetings, providing cost-related insights.

• You will create and oversee cost control reports to monitor financial performance.

• You will attend client meetings alongside senior colleagues and document essential discussion points and actions.

• You will take part in design team meetings, evaluate cost implications, and implement agreed-upon outcomes.

• You will aid in the development of standardized project templates for consistent documentation.

• You will prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and comprehensive cost reports.

• You will supervise measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in cost management.

• Proficient in utilizing advanced functions in CostX for producing estimates, bills, and other documentation.
