This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Accept new cost estimate inquiries, assess data accuracy, collect additional details, update records, and manage data entry/tracking utilizing Equus and SNOW.
• Create, review, and supervise cost estimate outputs for bids/proposals, tax accruals, active projects, and ad-hoc requests.
• Oversee tax positions within the Equus system.
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are updated promptly and foster continuous process enhancements.
• Administer metrics and service level agreements for cost estimate delivery to internal clients.
• Offer training and expertise on mobility package design principles and tax equalization.
• Confirm adherence to exception processes and document them with key stakeholders.
• Provide information to assist with requests from internal and external auditors.
• Foster collaborative relationships with program leadership within business units and finance teams.
• Work in conjunction with the Mobility Center of Excellence, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Engage stakeholders in designing assignment structures for both existing and new locations.
• Record requirements and cost estimate activities within systems to facilitate automated assignment lifecycle management.
• Travel occasionally, primarily to Connecticut.
• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of global mobility experience, or an advanced degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in tax cost estimation and global mobility.
• Capability to manage, mentor, develop, and train a team.
• Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for multitasking.
• Proven effectiveness in a fast-paced, highly collaborative cross-functional team environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving, analysis, and issue resolution.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience using the Equus platform.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging with employees at all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to balance business and employee needs while complying with legal and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong project management skills to drive complex projects to successful completion.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens can access information related to the program/contract.
• Must reside in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
