This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Receive new cost estimation requests, assess data quality, collect additional information, update data, and track information using Equus and SNOW.
• Prepare, review, and supervise cost estimation deliverables for bids/proposals, tax accruals, ongoing assignments, and unique requests.
• Manage tax positions within the Equus platform.
• Update standard operating procedures and suggest process enhancements.
• Oversee cost estimation delivery metrics and service level agreements for internal stakeholders.
• Offer training and subject matter expertise on mobility package design and tax equalization.
• Ensure adherence to exception processes and documentation.
• Assist with requests from internal and external auditors.
• Foster collaborative relationships with program leadership in business units and finance teams.
• Work together with Mobility COE, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Support the design of assignment structures for both existing and new locations.
• Document requirements and cost estimation activities in systems to facilitate automated assignment-lifecycle flow.
• Minimal travel required, likely to Connecticut.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of global mobility experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax cost estimates and global mobility.
• Capability to manage, mentor, develop, and train a team.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, problem-solving, analysis, and issue-resolution abilities.
• Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, highly collaborative cross-functional setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1–2 years of experience with the Equus platform.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage with employees at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional organization, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
• Skill in balancing business and employee needs while complying with legal and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong project management abilities.
