This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research and analyze the costs of construction materials, equipment, and labor for designated disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Create and revise cost data, assemblies, and models while ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Work in tandem with cost researchers and quality assurance teams to uphold data integrity across both print and digital formats.
• Provide discipline-specific expertise to support internal projects and client deliverables.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing data collection and validation processes.
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and keep work items accurately updated in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements and guarantee that sprint deliverables align with business priorities.
• A Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in construction estimating or engineering, with practical knowledge of installation practices and codes.
• Strong analytical and research abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with construction standards, OSHA regulations, and building codes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn enterprise systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
