Cosmetic Beauty Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the internal marketing, promotion, and sale of cosmetic products

• Gaining in-depth knowledge about the history of the products and companies

• Effectively communicating product expertise to customers

• Organizing and designing necessary displays in designated locations

• Engaging in significant point of sale interactions with customers

• Influencing the sales volume of the designated product

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Preferred 1 year of experience in makeup sales or as a makeup artist

• Energetic individual who is comfortable approaching and conversing with store customers

• Enjoyment in positively persuading people

• Strong sales abilities

• Goal-oriented mindset

• Fun and outgoing personality

• Capability to perform basic beauty makeup

• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods as required

• Physical capability to stand for long durations

• Adeptness in sight

• Color perception skills

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to travel

• Ability to climb

• Skills in pushing and pulling

• Proficiency in standing
