This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Uphold departmental communication standards and service level agreements for projects, implementations, and account modifications.
• Achieve a “Very Satisfied” result on satisfaction surveys.
• Provide support to Ecommerce regarding product issues and escalations.
• Diagnose and resolve GDS and product-related problems, escalating when necessary.
• Assist Sales by delivering product demonstrations to both internal and external clients.
• Train new team members to offer first-level support for travelers regarding product issues and usage.
• Help complete Service Desk Tickets and provide second-level support and escalations.
• Oversee Central Services Special Projects from start to finish.
• Drive technical discussions on Implementations in a professional and consultative manner, aiming to educate clients on product capabilities, services, and features.
• Aid in the creation, setup, and customization of online profile sites or GDS profile tools.
• Support the creation, setup, and customization of online booking platforms.
• Execute test plans prior to client launches to ensure proper profile and PNR creation.
• Collect feedback and offer recommendations for enhancements and modifications.
• Assist in training customers on product usage and navigation.
• Be an expert in current custom portal configurations.
• Help create and manage a new ALTOUR Corporate Portal.
• Handle the management of the Pre-Trip Approval process within existing software.
• Leverage technology tools to analyze and evaluate project success.
• Monitor benchmarks and assess project performance.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes and departmental efficiency.
• At least 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience with Atriis configuration.
• Over 5 years of experience in travel operations.
• Demonstrated results and experience in managing the responsibilities outlined above.
• Possess or have the ability to obtain required certifications from technology providers.
• Capable of setting goals and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technical proficiency.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal capabilities.
• Solid project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web conferencing tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
