Corporate Security Intelligence Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive global strategy aimed at identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential threats.

• Oversee the corporate security intelligence function along with the insider threat risk program.

• Create, execute, and manage a corporate security intelligence strategy.

• Supervise a globally distributed team responsible for threat analysis, investigations, and providing executive briefings.

• Develop and enhance intelligence collection methods and analytical frameworks.

• Establish an Insider Threat Risk Management Program.

• Ensure adherence to global privacy, labor, and data protection regulations.

• Strategize and guide enterprise investigative approaches and initiatives.

• Design and deploy tools and analytics for insider threat detection.

• Conduct threat awareness briefings and compliance training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Management, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline (master’s degree preferred).

• Hold an active/in-scope security clearance.

• At least 15 years of experience in security management positions.

• Demonstrated success in compliance programs, risk management, and incident response.

• Proficient in systems management and leadership.

• Experience in managing third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Extensive knowledge of threat actor methods, behavioral threat indicators, and intelligence tradecraft.

• Excellent analytical, investigative, and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with insider threat platforms, SIEM tools, and behavioral analytics.

• Capability to function in high-pressure settings while handling sensitive and confidential information with care.

• Ability to thrive in a matrixed, resource-limited, and diverse environment.
