Corporate Secretary Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• The ideal candidate will report to the Portfolio Team Manager and the Corporate Secretary Managers, engaging in comprehensive corporate secretarial work. This encompasses:

• Incorporating new business entities (private limited, sole proprietorship, etc.)

• Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing entities.

• Drafting and preparing statutory documents (e.g., AGM, EGM, Board Resolutions, etc.)

• Performing various corporate or ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager(s).

• Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers.

• Monitoring statutory deadlines.

• Facilitating company incorporations, annual returns, and other corporate modifications for Hong Kong companies under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards to safeguard our clients' interests.

• Delivering exceptional support and guidance to clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

• Collaborating closely with internal teams to align operations with the company’s strategic objectives, promoting a cohesive and efficient work environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business-related fields, such as Corporate Secretarial, Compliance, Customer Service, or Administration.

• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese/Mandarin, in spoken and written forms.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work setting.
