Corporate Processes Assistant – Client Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the portfolio of legalization and registration processes, ensuring that requests progress in a timely manner.

• Deliver customer service through various communication channels including phone and chat.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and the operations team, facilitating clear and efficient communication.

• Inform clients about the status of their processes and provide guidance on outstanding requirements and requests from relevant authorities.

• Direct and monitor requests with the operations team to ensure swift resolution.

• Address inquiries and offer support throughout the customer journey.

• Provide a high-quality service experience that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Recognize opportunities for service improvement and report any issues that could affect the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Basic understanding of corporate law and related regulations.

• Introductory skills in company formation, amendments, and closure processes (OAB, associations, unions, Commercial Registry).

• Basic familiarity with government systems and portals (Commercial Registry portal, Federal Revenue - Receita Federal, municipal government portals).

• Basic knowledge of municipal registration and updates.

• Experience in customer service.

• Familiarity with corporate and company processes.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
