Corporate Formatting Specialist – Traffic/Hub

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure precise broadcast station program schedules and formats across various markets.

• Collaborate directly with multiple markets and departments to uphold accurate program schedules and show formats.

• Verify that commercial inventory aligns with the designated local avails for each program format.

• Finalize daily schedules and formats utilizing the Wide Orbit Traffic system.

• Address and enhance daily workflow processes among networks, syndicators, news, and sales departments.

• Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Program, or similar traffic software is advantageous.

• Self-driven and able to perform well under pressure.

• Strong organizational abilities and a knack for collaborative work.

• Prior experience in television, radio, or cable traffic/sales support is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

• Demonstrated experience as a team leader or supervisor.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
