Corporate Engagement Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and maintain entries in GFI’s Company Database, which includes researching both new and existing companies and ensuring records are current.

• Revise entries in GFI’s contract manufacturing database as well as additional databases.

• Manage and update Salesforce records, ensuring that title and affiliation modifications for key industry contacts are synced via LinkedIn.

• Perform focused research on companies that align with GFI’s strategic objectives.

• Keep the team’s Tracking and Research document updated with details on products, brands, alternative protein engagement history, and investment data.

• Prepare case studies that showcase exemplary activities in the alternative protein sector.

• Create background briefs, engagement summaries, and customized talking points for stakeholder meetings.

• Organize research materials into polished presentations intended for external audiences.

• Identify employees at targeted companies involved in alternative proteins who align with strategic goals.

• Assist with ad-hoc research initiatives, resource development, and other assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience with databases such as Salesforce and Airtable.

• Strong research and writing abilities, including expertise in market and corporate analysis.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to distill research findings into practical insights.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Background or keen interest in the food industry.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Competence in using LinkedIn to connect with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and prospective partners.
