Corporate Director of Health and Wellness, RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational management of health services for all corporate contracts.

• Ensure that departmental programs and standards comply with all DOL, PRH, Center, and corporate regulations.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for effective health service delivery.

• Conduct site visits to each contract to perform health and wellness audits.

• Create and recommend operational policies and procedures related to health and wellness.

• Keep the VP of Operations informed of any health and wellness issues or unusual occurrences.

• Facilitate Monthly or Quarterly Accountability Meetings for each Health and Wellness Director.

• Execute additional duties as assigned within the individual's scope and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a Health and Wellness Director/Manager.

• Strong principles in management and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience with Job Corps is preferred.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in nursing.

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner.

• Valid state Driver's license is required.

• Certification as a first-aid and CPR instructor is preferred, or the willingness to obtain such certification.

• Excellent public speaking skills and relevant experience are necessary.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Computer literacy, particularly in Internet usage, email, and Microsoft Office.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

• Willingness to travel regularly.
