This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments to safeguard customer data and financial statements.
• Conduct credit analysis for both new and existing clients and evaluate the credit risk linked to the proposed or designated credit line.
• Execute comprehensive financial analysis and offer recommendations to aid management in decision-making.
• Generate ad-hoc analyses, executive summaries, and regular reports to support management's decision-making processes.
• Monitor and evaluate key economic indicators across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within the Global customer portfolio.
• Perform cash flow analysis and develop customer forecasts.
• Undertake research and devise innovative techniques, ideas, and solutions for a variety of credit-related challenges.
• Provide critical updates on customers' financial conditions to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to facilitate order management decisions (e.g., holds/releases) by tracking credit exposure, overdue trends, and dispute risks.
• Operate as one cohesive global team: coordinate and enhance credit and collections efforts through effective communication and collaboration across regions.
• Uphold credit policies and procedures by ensuring familiarity with established guidelines.
• Regularly maintain and update desktop procedures.
• Communicate and enforce policies when necessary.
• Assist with SOX controls and compliance procedures.
• Execute ad-hoc control procedures as assigned.
• Experience in a credit analysis role or possess quantitative expertise.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (fluency in reading and understanding Chinese is a plus).
• Capability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects with varying levels of supervision.
