• Produce practical and thought-provoking research for publication.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory fields.

• Bachelor’s degree (ideally in economics, business, or international studies) or equivalent experience.

• Preferred post-graduate degree in law or economics.

• Experience advising leadership teams or boards of directors on compliance priorities.

• Ability to integrate both quantitative and qualitative evidence into narratives suitable for executives.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Legal, ERM, Finance, or Internal Audit teams.

• Skilled in conducting compliance risk assessments and reporting findings.

• Proficient in monitoring and analyzing changes in regulatory frameworks.

• Experience supporting corporate governance initiatives.

• Competence in designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise compliance frameworks.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Presence suitable for executive engagement.
