This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Develop and execute regional market access contract pull-through strategies for designated accounts (IDN, HS, Community GPO, and Dedicated Cancer Centers).
• Facilitate connections to BeOne’s field Medical Value and Outcomes (MVO) team with relevant operational and business stakeholders.
• Build corporate relationships with key stakeholders in business-to-business accounts.
• Assist in patient access and field reimbursement for solid tumor products.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute corporate strategies targeting regionally focused accounts.
• Exhibit a strong understanding and expertise in EMR and Order Sets within IDN, Health Systems, Community GPO, and Dedicated Cancer Center market segments.
• Partner closely with compliance, legal, pricing/contracting, and trade/distribution teams to ensure alignment of solid tumor product strategies and achievement of patient access goals.
• Communicate with field sales management to enhance accessibility and eliminate barriers to solid tumor products.
• Lead and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) of targeted accounts with the local marketplace cross-functional team (LMT).
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in corporate account management, preferably in oncology.
• Proven experience in managing accounts within IDN, Health System, Community GPO, and Dedicated Cancer Centers.
• Required oncology therapeutic experience; preference for oral and IV oncology, with a strong emphasis on solid tumor IV.
• Experience in launching products in the US biotech or pharmaceutical marketplace is essential.
• Proven ability to think strategically, with contract experience and effective account management through objective evaluation of opportunities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data and present a clear overview of field market access issues, challenges, and successes.
• A track record of successful account management.
