Copywriter – Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create compelling copy for paid media initiatives, with a focus on Meta Ads.

• Craft engaging headlines, hooks, persuasive sales arguments, calls to action (CTAs), and variations for A/B testing.

• Develop scripts for Video Sales Letters (VSLs) utilizing direct-response marketing principles.

• Generate landing pages, sales pages, advertorials, emails, and various other conversion-focused materials.

• Formulate messaging for lead activation and nurturing campaigns via WhatsApp and CRM platforms.

• Perform thorough research on target demographics, competitors, offers, objections, desires, proof elements, mechanisms, and levels of awareness.

• Collaborate with Growth, Paid Traffic, and Commercial teams to analyze campaign metrics and suggest new communication strategies.

• Assess and refine existing copy based on campaign results.

• Document insights, tests conducted, and communication trends to continually enhance strategies.

• Maintain consistency in value proposition, offer, and messaging throughout all stages of the marketing funnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Copywriter in direct-response marketing environments.

• Background in creating advertisements for performance-driven campaigns.

• Proven track record in producing VSLs, landing pages, sales pages, and launch sequences.

• Familiarity with levels of awareness, market sophistication, mechanisms, offer structures, objections, decision triggers, proof elements, promise construction, and calls to action.

• Experience in A/B testing for messaging effectiveness.

• Background in WhatsApp campaigns or lead-based activation strategies.

• Capability to analyze campaign metrics for messaging optimization.

• Exceptional writing, persuasive, and information-organizational skills.
