• Develop distinctive and captivating brand-specific written content that fosters lead generation.

• Produce website copy, marketing materials, sales support documents, and content aligned with brand and tone-of-voice standards.

• Efficiently manage workflow and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.

• Review writing for style, grammar, tone, and adherence to internal best practices.

• Conduct research and gather information to create relevant, location-specific content.

• Incorporate edits and feedback from clients and internal teams to enhance copy quality.

• Collaborate with brand strategists and the design team to develop content strategies and custom website layouts.

• Continuously look for opportunities to improve collaboration, communication, and workflow.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

• 1–2 years of experience in professional writing.

• A BA in English, journalism, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong ability to research and write informative copy with minimal supervision.

• Experience in implementing SEO strategies within digital content.

• Excellent proofreading skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Mastery of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Knowledge of style guidelines and adaptability of content to different contexts.

• Ability to accept feedback gracefully and professionally.

• Proficient in AP style.

• Skilled in Microsoft Suite.

• Experience with AI prompts and platforms is preferred.
