Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Creation of brand names, slogans, scripts, and overall brand identity;

• Formulation of innovative concepts for projects of all complexities, executed across ATL/BTL/PR/Digital channels (including integrated advertising campaigns, banner initiatives, unconventional promotional campaigns, PR projects, and social media campaigns, among others);

• Design of key visuals for marketing campaigns/events, collaborating with designers to ensure alignment with the creative concept during the creation and adaptation phases for various channels;

• Providing creative guidance throughout the development of advertising materials, from the initial idea phase to the launch of advertising creatives;

• Assuming the director's role in the production of audio/video clips (including idea and script development, storyboarding, and overseeing pre/post-production, filming, and directing);

• Managing and overseeing creative/video projects executed by external contractors (including contractor search and coordination, preparation of terms of reference and production briefs, conducting regular status meetings with the contractor throughout all project stages, and finalizing the project with document management);

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role (either in an agency or in-house);

• Proficiency in Russian (B2+ level and above);

• B2 level proficiency in English;

• Background in B2B marketing;

• Portfolio showcasing experience in creating innovative projects for ATL/BTL/PR/Digital channels;

• Experience managing advertising creatives from concept development to material oversight.
