This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as the Registration lead for all assigned Global Events and Meetings (Europe and South Asia).
• Develop event listings for each Global Event in the CRM, ensuring that registration fees, confirmation messages, cancellation policies, and event waivers are precise and current.
• Oversee payment processing and post-event reconciliation in the CRM as well as Microsoft Excel documents.
• Handle registration lists and waitlists for each event efficiently.
• Generate invoices and receipts for members upon request.
• Address member inquiries via calls and emails regarding the registration process and events.
• Deliver accurate and timely registration reports to the VP, Directors, and Managers.
• Design name badges and other printed materials for events.
• Lead and manage registration onsite for designated Global Events and Meetings.
• Assist Event Leads in formulating Registration Launch plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer service for our members at each event.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the Events process manual.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials with vendors.
• Provide administrative support to the Events & Meetings team as instructed by the manager.
• Aid in crafting marketing emails to promote events.
• Manage food and beverage selections and dietary requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, experience in associations, event planning, or related coordination work.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Presentation tools.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Advanced written and spoken English is required.
• Familiarity with Canva and project management software such as Monday.com and Cvent is desirable.
• A self-motivated individual who demonstrates ownership and commitment to the role.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.
