This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Respond to and resolve patient inquiries within established time frames
• Comprehend the physical, psychological, and social challenges associated with specific disease states
• Assist patients with issues related to drug therapy and pharmacy care
• Encourage adherence to prescribed drug regimens
• Document all adverse events linked to drug therapy and pharmacy care
• Build and sustain strong relationships with physician practices
• Contribute to the management of patients' pharmacy care plans
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve patient and payer concerns
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to support other healthcare team members
• Keep updated notes and documentation regarding patients' drug therapy
• A high school diploma is required
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare-related call center, physician's office, or social service setting
• Education in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar fields is preferred, with a completion of a two-year associate degree or equivalent experience and education
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Self-driven and motivated
• Capable of working independently
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Ability to foster a positive team atmosphere
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
