Coordinator, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with study teams across various functional areas to alleviate the workload on Coordinator responsibilities outlined below.

• Handle clinician/rater forms and record data using status trackers and ePortal/LMS training systems.

• Evaluate and process submitted clinician/rater surveys while deploying relevant LMS training modules.

• Arrange one-on-one training video conferences between site raters and Cogstate Rater Services personnel.

• Manage hardware shipment scheduling and documentation.

• Update applicable status trackers in real-time, coordinate high-volume email communication, provide status updates to clinicians/raters, and manage electronic records filing.

• Serve as the point of contact for clinician/rater support inquiries.

• Maintain direct communication with site coordinators at clinical settings, track activities and communication, and offer general support throughout the study.

• Engage with CRAs for site monitoring activities.

• Deliver customer service and translation services between English and Japanese, as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or over 1 year of relevant experience.

• Preferably have prior project management or administrative support experience.

• Must be located in Western Australia or able to work on Western Australia hours.

• Proficient in both English and Japanese.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
