• Manage the company's finances, ensuring that all financial operations are conducted effectively;

• Structure the processes within the finance department;

• Oversee the department and manage the team;

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports;

• Develop and monitor budgets, as well as manage investments;

• Implement strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs;

• Build processes within the department;

• Stay informed about trends in the financial market and seek growth and improvement opportunities for Portus Digital.
