This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Management and technical leadership:
• Act as a liaison between the Product, QA, SRE, Development teams, and Stakeholders.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, prioritized tasks for the development team.
• Mediate and make strategic decisions regarding software architecture and technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Ensure that deliveries are made to production effectively, performing monitoring, validation, and communication.
• Planning and execution:
• Gather requirements, estimate timelines, and monitor the progress of deliveries.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and security processes.
• Track and measure all development stages, transforming metrics into continuous improvement insights.
• People management:
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings for feedback and career development.
• Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDP), focusing on hard and soft skills.
• Resolve conflicts and foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
• Processes and integration:
• Manage external demands and serve as a mediator between the team and stakeholders.
• Participate in recruitment processes and lead the onboarding and ramp-up of new team members.
• Solid experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture and engineering practices.
• Familiarity with agile processes, information security, and quality standards.
• Project leadership experience.
• Proficiency in C# & .NET Framework.
• Understanding of agile metrics.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with AI.
• Proficient in Docker/Containers.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Understanding of SDD.
