This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• You will be responsible for managing the sales team, monitoring key performance indicators, supporting strategic negotiations, and developing actions aimed at the sustainable growth of the company.
• Lead and nurture the sales team comprising SDRs, Closers, and Social Sellers.
• Engage directly in strategic negotiations and serve key clients.
• Oversee ongoing negotiations, assisting the team in guiding and closing opportunities.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings for performance development and monitoring.
• Track commercial indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose growth strategies.
• Structure, review, and optimize commercial proposals.
• Direct and monitor the implementation of commercial area strategies.
• Prepare executive presentations and report results directly to the Board and the CEO.
• Ensure proper use of the CRM and the quality of commercial information.

• Proven experience in high-ticket consultative sales
• Mastery of techniques such as SPIN Selling
• Experience with CRM systems
• A degree in administration, controlling, or management-related fields will be an advantage
• Proven experience in managing sales teams
• Experience in consultative sales in the B2B market
• Background in leading strategic negotiations and building relationships with corporate clients
• Experience with CRM and managing the sales pipeline
• Strong analytical skills and management of indicators
• Experience in consulting firms
• Background in the education, training, or professional development sectors
• Experience in managing and marketing consulting services
