This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Prepare and cook large quantities of food for a remote construction camp.

• Clean, cut, and cook various types of meat, fish, or poultry.

• Prepare different food items in accordance with established menus.

• Clean and inspect kitchen equipment and work areas meticulously.

• Portion and serve meals to field employees.

• Keep records of food usage and expenditures accurately.

• Prepare meals to align with quantity and service schedules.

• Adhere to food production regulations and standards.

• Uphold kitchen sanitation and safety standards consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Valid Food Worker Card issued by ADEC.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
