This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• This role is a direct, hands-on COO position, rather than a strategic planning role. We seek an operator who takes complete responsibility across all teams, ensures tasks are completed, holds individuals accountable, and is willing to engage in the work personally when necessary.

• You will report directly to the CEO and co-founder, gradually relieving them of operational tasks and eventually taking on comprehensive operational oversight for the entire company. The objective is straightforward: while the founders concentrate on vision, brand, and growth, you will ensure that the entire operation functions seamlessly from start to finish.

• Supply Chain & Sourcing — Manage supplier relationships and negotiations, optimize COGS, handle lead times, plan inventory, forecast demand, and minimize reliance on single suppliers.

• Product Operations — Accelerate new product development speed and quality, ensure compliance (including labels, washing tags, and legal requirements), and incorporate return and customer feedback into product enhancements.

• Fulfillment & Logistics — Oversee delivery performance, manage 3PL and warehouse operations across regions, control shipping costs, and plan for peak periods in Q4.

• Customer Experience — Manage support operations, CSAT, returns, refunds, and handle chargebacks and disputes effectively.

• Finance & Data — Supervise P&L, assess SKU-level profitability, maintain cash flow visibility, collaborate with accountants, and develop operational reporting.

• Systems & Automation — Consolidate tools, automate workflows, create SOPs, and optimize processes using AI.

• People & HR Ops — Oversee hiring, onboarding, team structure, contractor management, and maintain accountability across departments.

• Front-End Coordination — Ensure the operational aspects of marketing (including website backend, tracking, integrations, and CRO infrastructure) operate efficiently and align with the founders’ paid acquisition and branding efforts.

• Legal & Compliance — Manage IP and brand protection, oversee contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across different markets (in collaboration with external counsel).


⛳️ Requirements

• Energetic, driven, and adaptable: a dedicated operator eager to build rather than merely delegate.

• Truly cross-functional: you have experience managing supply chain, fulfillment, customer experience, and finance/systems, rather than just specializing in one area.

• Proven experience with a similar-sized DTC/e-commerce brand (with 8-9 figure revenue) is essential.

• Hands-on and execution-focused: you identify issues before they become problematic and resolve them yourself when needed.

• Strong ability to hold teams and external partners (including suppliers and agencies) accountable.

• A systems thinker who creates scalable processes rather than just addressing immediate problems.

• Fluent in English, comfortable working across US and EU time zones.

• A direct, straightforward, and transparent communicator.

• Self-sufficient: thrives in an autonomous environment without requiring constant guidance.

• Not suitable: those who are overconfident, have 20 years of experience, and prefer to dictate rather than engage in the work themselves. We desire someone with substantial experience who still enjoys getting hands-on.

• Nice to Have

• Experience with manufacturing and supplier management based in China.

• Experience in multi-market operations (US + EU + AU) and handling cross-border logistics.

• Background in finance or consulting with practical operational execution experience.

• Experience in scaling a business during rapid growth.
