
Conveyancing Support, Legal Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Professionally respond to incoming client calls and email inquiries
• Provide clients with clear updates regarding conveyancing issues and progress of their files
• Assist clients with completing forms, documentation, and addressing general process inquiries
• Document detailed notes on files and update the CRM/file management system accordingly
• Review active files on a daily basis to identify any outstanding tasks or necessary follow-ups
• Pursue required documents, signatures, and any missing information
• Escalate complex legal matters or sensitive issues when necessary
• Uphold a high standard of responsiveness and enhance the overall client experience
• Prior experience in Australian conveyancing support, legal administration, or paralegal roles
• Strong grasp of conveyancing workflows and typical client inquiries
• Proficiency in using Smokeball/Triconvey or similar legal file management systems
• Capability to manage priorities independently while adhering to processes accurately
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Professional, calm, and patient approach in communication
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Comfortable managing repetitive client communications in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision
