This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategize, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across key customer touchpoints, including landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes.
• Discover conversion opportunities by analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Formulate hypotheses and establish testing roadmaps aimed at enhancing conversion rates, revenue, and customer engagement.
• Work in collaboration with designers, developers, and marketers to execute and assess test variations.
• Examine user behavior utilizing tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and comparable platforms.
• Track key performance indicators and offer actionable recommendations based on the outcomes of tests.
• Produce comprehensive reports that detail test performance, insights, and overall business impact.
• Persistently enhance the customer experience through continuous experimentation and analysis.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and digital experimentation.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests within e-commerce settings.
• Essential experience in working with Shopify.
• Strong comprehension of UX principles, customer journeys, and e-commerce conversion funnels.
• Proficiency with testing, analytics, and behavioral analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience in collaborating with designers and developers to execute test variations.
• Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability during CET business hours.
• Proficient written and spoken English skills.
