This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of comprehensive AI delivery projects across the EMEA region, encompassing discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, construction, deployment, quality assurance, and post-launch optimization.
• Act as a pioneering regional authority in conversational design, contributing to the development of scalable delivery frameworks and best practices for international clients.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous customer implementations while effectively managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to outline project scope, monitor milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project execution.
• Convert customer business goals into scalable conversational AI solutions spanning sales, retention, collections, and customer service scenarios.
• Foster alignment with customer stakeholders through regular working sessions, solution evaluations, and presentations at the executive level.
• Lead efforts in model maintenance and performance optimization to guarantee ongoing quality and measurable results.
• Implement Cresta’s Opera Enablement Program for key stakeholders, empowering clients to autonomously design, build, and conduct quality assurance for their own AI models.
• Design and create virtual agent solutions using flow-based, prompt-based, and hybrid architectures.
• Contribute to internal documentation, implementation standards, and repeatable delivery methodologies as Cresta expands globally.
• Collaborate closely with North American teams to establish regional expertise and ensure customer success across the EMEA region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic environment.
• Over 2 years of experience in conversational design, conversational AI, bot development, or related areas.
• Experience presenting intricate solutions to enterprise customer stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• Background in working directly with enterprise customers in implementation, consulting, or delivery roles.
• Experience in global or international customer environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in a second language is strongly preferred.
• A background in Linguistics is advantageous.
• Experience with prompt engineering is preferred.
• Familiarity with Dialogflow CX is preferred.
