Conversational AI Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Your role will be to ensure the accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement of Tucuvi’s Clinical AI.

• You will operate at the crossroads of Product, Conversational Design, and clinical quality.

• Your responsibilities will include reviewing, analyzing, and enhancing AI–patient phone calls, primarily in Portuguese, with some work in Spanish and English.

• You will collaborate closely with Conversational Designers to establish and apply best practices.

• You will assess AI performance, provide actionable insights, and contribute to the enhancement of the AI’s natural language processing capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the language used for LOLA’s patient phone calls.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Portuguese is essential, along with strong skills in English and Spanish.

• Availability to work primarily in the morning shift (4 hours/day, between 10:00 and 14:00 CET).

• Strong analytical abilities to identify patterns and offer constructive feedback.

• Knowledge of patient privacy laws and data protection regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with rapidly changing technologies.

• A degree in Computational Linguistics, a course in Conversational Design, UX Research, or a related field would be advantageous.

• Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare regulations, life sciences, or a similar field is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI, NLP, or machine learning technologies will be beneficial.
