This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
β’ Deliver both on-demand and scheduled remote technical support services for Key Accounts customers within a technical service setting.
β’ Conduct remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and equipment startup support for Building Automation Systems (BAS).
β’ Carry out remote inspections and assessments of BAS, HVAC, and chiller systems, providing comprehensive reports on system performance and issue identification.
β’ Engage in communication via telephone, instant messaging, and email with onsite Trane and third-party BAS and mechanical technicians, customers, customer representatives, and internal Trane teams.
β’ Take part in technical and strategic account reviews alongside internal stakeholders.
β’ Determine required parts for repairs and collaborate with appropriate teams for procurement.
β’ Strong understanding and hands-on experience in servicing or installing Trane HVAC systems and advanced Trane BAS controls.
β’ Expertise in conducting remote BAS diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance.
β’ Proficient in TGE, TGP, and TGP2 capabilities and application guides.
β’ Advanced knowledge of systems and skilled in utilizing digital tools.
β’ Familiarity with networking, communication protocols, security, and foundational knowledge of Ensemble, SQL Database, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
β’ Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a queue.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information to individuals across various levels of controls and mechanical expertise, from novices to highly skilled technicians.
β’ Strong adherence to processes and documentation skills for completing job paperwork, including time, progress, and cost tracking.
β’ Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, offering coaching and support as necessary, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and a willingness to assist others and embrace new challenges.
β’ A growth-oriented mindset to remain updated on new products and to identify and suggest system improvements.
β’ Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
