Controls Engineer – Technical Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Engages in the support of moderately complex systems that combine hardware and software.

• Assists with semi-complex material specifications, schematic troubleshooting, and necessary follow-up actions.

• Contributes ideas aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.

• Offers troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's clientele.

• Requires travel of 20-30% to various customer sites, which may include weekends and overtime.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Over 2 years of experience in a relevant field providing Customer Service Support

• Familiarity with Allen Bradley Logix PLC control platforms

• Experience in troubleshooting controls hardware

• Knowledge of Siemens and Modicon PLCs is an advantage
