This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with one or more General Managers and other business leaders to pinpoint financial risks and opportunities, provide recommendations, and foster positive financial results.
• Lead a team of Finance professionals, offering guidance and support as necessary.
• Cultivate team members for career advancement and succession planning through training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Supervise and guarantee the successful execution of Daily & Weekly Reporting, Month-End Close, Monthly Forecast, CAPEX Planning & Spending, Annual Operating Plan, Client Deliverables, A/P, A/R, Cash & Banking, and designated Tax & Compliance responsibilities for all assigned properties.
• Travel monthly to designated locations to gain insights into operations, build and maintain relationships, and provide visibility/face time/support, including client meetings to enhance relationships and ensure adherence to contract terms and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience, including managing direct reports.
• Proficient working knowledge of Excel, with an eagerness to learn new accounting and finance systems.
• High adaptability to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivation and ambition to strategically collaborate with non-finance team members and drive financial outcomes.
• Facilitate internal and external audits.
• Ensure robust internal controls to support SOX compliance.
