Contracts Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy and regulatory compliance of Carrier Terms of Business Agreements (ToBAs).

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new Carriers, performing due diligence and coordinating necessary internal approvals.

• Negotiate ToBAs in accordance with company standards.

• Address inquiries related to mergers, acquisitions, clause modifications, and novations.

• Assist in the administration of Delegated Underwriting Authorities (DUAs).

• Support internal and external audit requests.

• Contribute to seamless onboarding, foster robust ongoing relationships, and ensure compliance throughout the Carrier network.

• Experience preferably in insurance, financial services, compliance, or a legal context.

• Highly organized, confident, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Comfortable working autonomously.
