This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including client and vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments and renewals, Statements of Work, data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, and more for global stakeholders across various company locations.

• Oversee the management of the Contracts Queue and coordinate all aspects of contract administration.

• Act as the main point of contact between the legal department and both internal and external stakeholders seeking contract review, revisions, copies, inquiries, status updates, etc.

• Review, respond to, and manage inquiries related to contracts within the Contracts inbox.

• Maintain the Contract Template library and support other knowledge management functions.

• Ensure adherence to contract approval policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams regarding contracts as required.

• Engage in special projects on an as-needed basis.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in contract work.

• A Law Degree is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Experience in contract management, preferably in-house.

• Proficient in reviewing, editing, interpreting, and negotiating legal agreements.

• Familiarity with reviewing and negotiating corporate master services agreements.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and projects, and track and follow up on progress.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a knack for collaborating within a team environment, engaging with internal and external contacts at all levels, including across various offices as needed.

• Capacity to comprehend intricate compliance practices and the diligence to ensure that contractual drafting and review consistently align with these practices.

• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance or support.

• Flexibility to adjust focus, adapt to shifting priorities, and take initiative when appropriate, all while meeting deadlines and providing timely responses.

• Strong client service orientation and adaptability.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Must manage confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
