Contracts Manager, Medical Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete contract lifecycle for vendor and customer agreements

• Examine, interpret, and summarize legal documents and contracts

• Facilitate contract governance, ensure policy compliance, and maintain audit preparedness

• Drive initiatives for process enhancement

• Handle inquiries related to contracts from both internal and external sources

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS/MA degree or equivalent professional experience

• More than 5 years of experience in contract management

• Proficient in reviewing, redlining, and interpreting legal documentation

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Capability to express business needs and assess risk factors

• High level of expertise in MS Office, Salesforce, and contract management software
