Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse array of contract templates throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from the development of tenders to project execution and conclusion.

• Examine, modify, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and more.

• Support the legal team in scaling operations to accommodate the Company’s growth by establishing systems, automation, processes, and procedures that enhance the contracting function.

• Administer our automated contract management system, Ironclad, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained.

• Maintain and refresh our library of templates, clauses, and other pertinent information.

• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders in relation to all of the above tasks.

• Provide assistance with additional general administrative and legal projects as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; a Juris Doctor (JD) is an added advantage.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional legal experience, including prior in-house or contract experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to multitask and manage workload and competing priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with contract management systems; experience with Ironclad is a bonus.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of best practices for the organization of legal departments and contract management.

• Capability to deliver high-quality work promptly with minimal errors.

• Efficient, effective, and highly organized.

• Strong interpersonal skills characterized by respect, openness, collaboration, and a focus on teamwork.
